Recharges 18650, 18500, 17670, 17500, 14500 cells, with 120v home and 12v car cords (see options). Battery sizes are described with a 5 digit number, digits 1 & 2 are the diameter (in mm), and digits 3 & 4 are the length (in mm). So a 16340 is 34mm long and 16mm in diameter while an 18650 is 65mm long and 18mm in diameter.

Batteries Not Included

Red/Green color blind users: The WF-139 flashes the same indicators, red/green/red every second during charge and goes solid green when your charge is comple.  You may be able to see this change from 'flashing' to 'not flashing' to know when to remove your cells.  The Pila Charger, features indepedant indicators for charge and complete.
