TorchLAB BOSS – Crenelated Bezel Tumbled Stainless Steel

Protect your BOSS and E head with our stainless crenelated bezel. An alternating 3 3 pattern for maximum impact. Choose a complimentary or contrasting color.

Watch this video before self installing

Instructions:

1. Wrenches recommended for tight fit and removal
2. Remove head from body
3. Clean head of oils and dirt
4. Place tools over the head (hold open slightly)
5. Align tools near seam between top and bottom
6. Squeezing both handles, rotate tools left/top, right/bottom
7. Remove tools and hand open heatsink from bezel ring
8. Clean off debris from threads
9. Transfer oring/lens/oring to new bezel (if needed)
10. Hand tighten heatsink and bezel ring
11. Confirm optic is not turning as you go
12. Place tools overhead (hold open slightly)
13. Align tools nearest to seams
14. Squeezing both handles, rotate tools right/top, left/bottom
15. Release pressure and remove tools
16. Check for fit/alignment, tighten more as needed

 

Options:

• 0. transfer oring/lens/oring sandwich from current bezel
• 1. two new orings, move lens over change to black (no GID)
• 2. fully assembled and ready to screw on, with black (no GID)
• 3. fully assembled and ready to screw on, with GID
