Normal flashlight wands (aka traffic cones) are great at making you visible. But they also cover the entire flashlight beam, since they are designed for standing still. Walking wands are open ended, only using spill to make you visible from the side. So the rest of the beam still hits the ground, allowing you to see where you are walking while keeping cars at bay. Compatible with all 1.0 inch lights.
