Welcome to OVEREADY Insider 67. Many new and improved options, so fasten your seatbelts!

We’ve experimented with metals and finishes from the very first BOSS batch. And over the summer tried several polished approaches. To time intensive for full production, we are releasing them as limited editions, with not more than 2 per size/metal/treatment and not more than 10 (each shown) for the entire set. Click the size you prefer, then select your individual light from the options menu at the bottom.

Supplies are limited!:

Introduced in Insider 56, our Knurly tailcap works with a variety of both inserts and bodies. But clip options are limited to sticking something between the body/tail gap, leaving the clip loose and exposing the cap while carried. Adding a bit of length, a dedicated ring clamp, and our renowned TorchLAB Universal Clip, yields the Deep Pocket Carry. A tailstanding deep pocket tailcap, compatible with many lights you may already own:

We also reimagined the P60 format itself. Cutting the head and body out of a single piece of metal makes the tailcap easier to rotate while reducing complexity and improving heat transfer to the surface. Loaded from the top, your light engines are also closer to the front. Combining these with both tailcap options creates three new hosts (6 configurations):

The Z70 Host (18650)

Shorter Z35 Host (18350)

And another first.

Our new one-piece construction also allows us to move the P60 into the body itself, shrinking the apparent size of the head. Combining this with our ZRS technology yields the tiny P20 Twisty:

And hosts are better when you have something inside so we didn’t stop there.

The throw is determined by the ratio of LED size to collimator size (optic/reflector). Optics that fit into P60s struggle to focus LEDs much larger than the tiny XPE. Focusing the XPL properly requires going bigger. So big, our new optic is larger than the drop-in itself! So we’ve designed an all-new two-piece architecture, with the optic sitting on top rather than inside the module:

But since the module is already open to air, it cant be sealed. So we can add even more innovation to the bottom. Every new module includes a trio of DIP switches, giving you new configurations without buying new modules. Think of it like toothpick programming, where three configuration switches support 8 different mode groups, including DLMH, HMLD and High Only:

And in case you’re wondering if our new monster optic looks good on our new hosts. The answer is yes:

And for those who prefer the classics, we are also introducing traditional P60 bodies, with the same aggressive knurling you love on our extenders and tailcaps.

In both black:

And natural:

While we were reinventing flashlights, a cool dude named Cody was reinventing fidgets. Less about movement, Haptic Coins click as you turn them. So if sound is what you crave, this is for you. Made from durable materials including steel bearings and OR exclusive orange anodize:

Notes:

We’ve restocked all black BOSS configurations and added several body only options

v5 dropins are compatible with all hosts above and are ready to ship!

Nyogel 760g is again ready to ship in popular 25g tubes

We are a few weeks away from changing over to a new website. Purchases may be suspended during the transition. See something you want above, consider ordering before then. Dates will be posted on our home page before it begins with more announcements posted to CPF and CTD.
